Refund & Cancellation Policy

“Agriplaza.co.in” means the website www.agriplaza.co.in, the promoter/owner of website www.agriplaza.co.in i.e. Agriplaza Network having its office at M-7,Mamta Anand Sankul, Nashik Puna Road, Nashik (M.S.)

“Service” means the offer to Sale your products/services as a Vendor and the offer to Purchase products/services as a User/Customer it is not just limited to these but also includes anything that is offered or will be offered by Agriplaza Network on www.agriplaza.co.in. It also includes the Reviews, star ratings, correspondence from site etc. which are provided on site. 

“Vendor” a Company/Shop/Wholesaler/Retailer/Authorized Agency/Person/Self Help Group or any entity or an Individual who offers products/services for sale on Agriplaza.co.in

“User” includes all those who avail the services of the site and the visitors of the site.

“You/Your” means the vendors and User as the case may be applicable.

PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR AVAILING ANY SERVICES ON THE WEBSITE. ANY PURCHASE MADE BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE OF THE PRODUCTS/ SERVICES SHALL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE SAME.

IN ADDITION TO THE FOREGOING, YOU SHALL ALSO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF OFFER FOR SALE ISSUED BY THE VENDOR OR ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHICH ARE DISPLAYED WITH THE SELECTION OF THE PRODUCT, IF ANY ("ADDITIONAL TERMS") AT THE WEBSITE. IF THERE IS ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND THE ADDITIONAL TERMS, THE ADDITIONAL TERMS SHALL TAKE PRECEDENCE IN RELATION TO THAT SALE.

Returns

  1. Our policy lasts 30 days provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods/service at your end. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Agriplaza.co.in does not offer any refunds against any services already purchased from the Website unless, any error has occurred during the purchase or redemption of such services which is directly attributable to Agriplaza.co.in. In the event You receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, You are required to get in touch with the customer service team through any of the below mentioned channels: 24-hour call centre number displayed on our site. Filling up the 'Contact Us' form;
  2. You must inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods at your end, any request thereafter shall not be entertained. Please note that we will not accept the goods directly sent to us without any intimation within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There must not be any tampering with labels, price tags etc. Upon receiving Your complaint, Agriplaza.co.in shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Agriplaza.co.in is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Agriplaza.co.in will inform the relevant Vendor of such complaint and request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Agriplaza.co.in reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Agriplaza.co.in in this regard. You expressly acknowledge that the Vendor selling the defective product/ service will be solely responsible to You for any claims that You may have in relation to such defective product/ service and Agriplaza.co.in shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.
  4. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Other items are given in clause 7.1 below.
  5. Returned goods once received shall be checked by us and if they are found in good working condition we will not replace the goods or refund, and after intimation to you either by phone call or email, we will send you the same good/s returned by you.
  6. Note that goods returned directly to the supplier will not be accepted and your right to replacements or refund will be void. Please send the goods directly to our office.
  7. Please note the mark “Return Possible” while purchasing any goods. The goods/service which is not displayed on our website with a mark “Return Possible” then it will not have the Return Policy applicable to it.

7.1 Additional non-returnable items:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Downloadable software products
  3. Some health and personal care items
  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  6. Book with obvious signs of use
  7. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  8. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  9. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mail.vishalpatil@gmail.com and send your item to:  Nashik, Maharashtra India 422006.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nashik, Maharashtra India 422006.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
